GYROTONIC® Vista is located at 911 Lady Street in Columbia, SC. The studio includes one Gyrotonic Cobra Pulley Tower machine, one Gyrotonic Balanced Body machine, and a Jumping-Stretch Board.Dance classes conducted by the South Carolina Contemporary Dance School and by other professional dancers also take place in this space. Currently, there is one Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis master trainer onsite, as well as three licensed trainers.
The studio also boasts a retail space providing Yoga and Gyrokinesis mats, CD’s and DVD’s, health beverages, and more! All of these items may be purchased from our online store as well.
